Community Service Opportunities
For anyone interested in Community Service opportunities, please read the documents above and fill out the Uintah County Agreement for Voluntary Services. You can email the completed agreement to email@example.com or bring it into the Museum in person. We receive a high volume of Community Services applicants and we do our best to assist them in earning their hours, but we have to schedule appointments several weeks in advance. We appreciate your patience as we try to fit you into our busy schedule. You must have a previously scheduled appointment in order to do Community Services in the Uintah County Heritage Museum. Below is a list of expected duties for a Community Service Volunteer:
- Dust cases
- Clean stair railing
- Vacuum entry
- Mop floor
- Sanitize front counter
- Wash windows/doors
- Clean bathrooms
- Emptying the trash
- Cleaning the Kid’s Exploration Station items
- Other tasks as assigned by staff
